We'll keep this one short and sweet, because there isn't too much to highlight when it comes to the Vikings.

The Packers started the quarter with a Mason Crosby field goal. On the ensuing drive, Christian Ponder took a shot deep on a flea flicker that was easily picked off by Tramon Williams.

But then, something glorious happened. THE VIKINGS FORCED A PUNT! (Yes, we realize we're grasping at straws at this point.) The rest of the quarter was mostly blown opportunities, poor coverage, and stupid penalties by the Vikings. We'd explain further, but we just don't have the energy to do so without swearing profusely. But hey, Jared Allen and the defense looked much better in the second quarter! (Told you we were grasping at straws.)

A 17 point halftime deficit isn't insurmountable...just ask the Buccaneers and Lions earlier in the season in their games against the Vikings. Stick with us as we follow the third quarter action from Lambeau.
